I love the color, quality and fit

I was excited to get these new Wool Pipers to replace the Wool Runners I’d had for years. Unfortunately, these were not anyting like them. Very stiff and uncomfortable, especially across the laces. I’ve been so pleased with my Allbirds in the past so I bought these on sale, with no option to return them. I’m looking for a new alternative to Allbirds as a result.

Shoes look great but they are terribly uncomfortable. I own at least 10 pairs of Allbirds in various styles and this one is unbearable to wear. My feet are typically adaptable to any shoe style, but I'm likely going to rehome these. I love the brand and will stick with the styles I know work for me.

I loved the original Allbirds because they were great for wide feet. This version is incredibly narrow, but also I walk out of them, because they are too long. Overall, really uncomfortable.

I love my wool Piper Gos. Enough support and cushion to be super comfortable all day. I prefer having laces so I can adjust the fit depending on whether I want to wear socks. And so cute!

In my search for some walking shoes that look less like athletic shoes, I came across these and absolutely love them. They are as comfortable as my running shoes yet look stylish.

Love them but the shoelaces are definitely a challenge! Often come undone!

I love all my Allbird Runner tennis shoes but this style is so uncomfortable and the second time I have bought a non-Runner style that I just can’t wear.

I love these shoes. I was reluctant on buying AllBirds because I normally go for the traditional brands for walking. Yet, these really impressed me. They maintained dry for the majority of the time (I have sweaty feet) and they looked cute with every outfit. Most importantly, I didn’t even have to stretch them to fit, they were able to walk with me for hours on the first day.

I loved my previous allbirds. These are not comfortable. Plastic feeling, weird sole. Won’t be buying again. Would have returned them but bought them on sale so couldn’t - went straight to goodwilll.

I wanted these as everyday running errands shoes but never wear them because they are so stiff and tight on the top of my food that they leave marks and hurt before I’ve even left the house. I bought them during a sale so I can’t return them and now I just have an expensive pair of shoes sitting in my closet. I have two other pairs of Allbirds that I love and are comfortable so I’ll still buy from this company, just never anything that can’t be returned again.

These are cute, but they’re the most uncomfortable Allbirds I’ve owned. I’ve worn Allbirds about 300 days a year for the past five years and have several pairs. I've even purchased them for all of my family members. This was my first time buying the Wool Piper Go, and I hate them. The shoe is shaped in a way that makes the ankle area hit in the wrong spot. The part that’s supposed to dip down under the ankle bone sits too far back, so the side of the shoe presses directly against the bone instead of curving below it. That pressure makes them painful to walk in. The tongue also rubs the top of my foot so badly that I have to keep the laces loose. That leaves barely enough length to tie and causes my heel to slip. If I tighten them, the tongue quickly creates a sore spot on the top of my foot. I honestly don’t understand how this design passed testing.
