Made from a breathable and lightweight Tencel® lyocell upper, this flexible knit shoe is fitted with responsive SweetFoam® cushioning to keep you moving in comfort.
- Lace-up style
- The SweetFoam™ midsole is made with sugarcane-based EVA, a carbon-negative alternative to EVA foam derived from petroleum. The sugarcane is sourced from southern Brazil, where it relies on rainwater, not irrigation. It’s sourced according to rigorous standards jointly developed by Proforest and Braskem, and the farms are audited by a third party. AllBirds is allowing its Carbon Footprint tools to be open source rather than proprietary, so it can make a difference in the shoe industry as a whole.

Love the Style but too Tight
I ordered the correct size and I was so excited about these shoes because I had Tree Runners that I loved because they were so comfortable. These were unfortunately not as comfortable. The fabric is less stretchy and would pinch my feet right where my toe joints are. The tongue was also thick on the edges and made the top of my feet hurt. If I ordered a size up, maybe they would’ve been more comfortable, but ordering the same size as my Tree Runners was not the move for these. I ended up returning them. Other than the size, the style is so cool and the quality is very well done.

Most uncomfortable Allbirds I’ve worn
I’m really disappointed. I’ve been wearing different kinds of Allbirds for probably 10 years now, and these are by far the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve worn. They don’t seem to fit quite right even though I got the same size I always get, and they feel really stiff. I have slightly wide feet so maybe that’s the problem, but I can’t wear these.
