High Waist Ruffle Flare Leg Jeans

I purchased these jeans and when I brought to the tailor to have them hemmed the tailor noticed the pockets on the back of the jeans were uneven and very noticeable. I had to convince customer service to accept the return, however, I only received a refund gift card value of 50% of the pant purchase. This is an unfair practice as the jeans were clearly defective and looked ridiculous. They should clearly disclose that they are selling defective merchandise!!!!!!
