This skirt is classy and flirty. The quality is meh for the price, but the fit and the lay of the skirt is quite perfect which I used to rationalize the cost :)
I am 5'5" and 127 pounds and the 4 is a perfect fit. I get a little nervous wearing it since it's white and so expensive! But I enjoy wearing it always.
