Lottie Dolman Sleeve Dress

This brand keeps saying runs small. It does not. I’ve ordered 5 of the brands dresses in different styles and every one was beautiful, well done especially for the price, but they do not run small. The ones that I had ordered a size up was too large. For reference I’m 5’7” and 155lbs. I ordered some for my daughter as well and the same was true on her. We had to send back the one size up. Anyway, all were lovely and I would recommend!

I was a little worried about what size to order since several people commented that it runs small. Since my usual 8 was out of stock, I had to order the 10. I think the 8 would have been fine, but the 10 fits great- its a little loose but I kinda like it that way! It still fits and is actually more comfortable. I am 5’11” and 155 pounds. I am long waisted so worried about the bodice being too short, but it’s perfect bc the higher styles are “in” now, so I think it will fit all torsos. The fabric is really nice (I ordered the solid green), and it looks much more expensive than it is. It did have an odd “factory” smell, but I’m sure that will fade when I hang it up for a while.

Fabric pretty cornflower blue and nice texture and floral. Side slit pockets lay surprisingly flat. Front of the dress is pretty and flattering. Size 10 fit 5'6 160, hourglass. Waistband no stretch. But tailored oddly on back. Big puffy darts on the upper back, above the waist, which make enough space for an extra pair of DDs. Too-long back zipper juts out like a huge hunchback. End result looks like monoboob on the back. Returning.
