Jinny High Rise Double Button Miniskirt

So the fit is right on, per the size chart. I ordered a 4. I'm 5'7", great length for my height. I don't know that this would look good on shorter legs. So what's weird? There are two rows of buttons in the front that match pattern. It's kinda weird to look at and that creates a wrap effect like a double breasted coat. When you walk, the idk flap from the excess wrap of the skirt gets caught on the leg and just does not look right. The colors on the skirt are more unique than I thought. It paired best with a chocolate brown top of all colors. I just really hated the buttons, the wrap flap getting stuck as I walk, lack of pockets AND the are belt loops for no reason. Why are there belt loops?! There's no belt. I'm not going to add a belt to a skort or at least not one that goes through loops. I guess it's lined, but it didn't feel lined because of the wrap flap. It's going back. Just a lot of no. I think it's more distracting and confusing to look at than it is esthetically pleasing.
