Air Force 1 PLT.AF.ORM Sneaker (Women)

I’d heard Air Force 1s are not the most comfortable of the Nike offerings, but the color was so perfect for my recent blush pink obsession that I had to try them. Imagine my surprise. They are plenty comfy. I especially like the stretchy laces. Small details. My foot doctor told me that for my feet I need rigid shoes, not flexible ones. That rigidity must be what prompted sneaker head friends to tell me they are not comfy. That makes them perfect for me! I normally wear a 9,0 but sized up to 9.5 because they’re not stretchy. Good choice. A 9 would have been too small. (My Nike Zoom Flys are a 9 and fit just right.) Haven’t worn them long, just around the house for half an hour, but great first impression. The color is so perfect, softer than a bubblegum pink but not as pale as some other styles I’ve seen a lot. It’s a cool tone pink. I plan to wear these with my super light pink tops. I think they will be less prone to picking up dirt than the light light pink stretchy Adidas I have.

Very cute but it's very stiff around the ankles, making my ankles sore. I'm hoping with wear it'll break in and loosen up a bit. I'm a women's size 10 and normally size down to 9.5 in Air Force 1. Or up to a 10.5 in Air max. I had to actually size up to 10.5 in these, My big toe touched the tip of the shoe in a 10 and would rub uncomfortably when I would walk. I just couldn't sacrifice comfort over having my feet look half a size smaller. In my opinion, it's slightly narrow at the tip of the toe box but feels roomy elsewhere in the toe box, if that makes sense. I do not have wide feet either. Highly suggest trying on in store or ordering true size and half a size up to compare.
