"Skinny" not "Slim"
I own several pairs of the Mari slim, straight jeans and love the fit. Because that's all I've seen, I did't notice that these said "skinny", and boy are they. I ordered them initially in a 28, which is the size of all my other Mari jeans, but I couldn't zip them. Returned and reordered in 29, which just fit. The legs are much skinnier, especially in the calves, than the typical Mari slim jeans but I'm ok with that. The color is very nice, not a solid black but a great washed black, for a change of pace. Good length for me.

Great black jeans

My dream jeans!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These jeans fit me wonderfully! They are so soft & stretchy. The weight of them is still comfortable for Houston "spring". They wash well, but beware they do fade a bit even washing inside out on cold + delicate & hanging to dry. I've washed them twice & they have become a gorgeous washed dark grey. These are actually my second pair! Hemmed one & left the other one as-is with a longer raw hem. I normally buy 26 in jeans & bought 26 in these jeans. Worth every penny!
