Store Returned Item Before Pick Up Deadline

The store returned the item before the deadline for pickup. When I showed up to pick up the item the manager tried to convince me I was misreading the pick up date (after he viewed the email himself) - I was not and I have receipts and the manager later admitted he was wrong. I never received an accommodation for the inconvenience.
