Selina Lace Minidress

Purchased an XS for my 16yr old daughter who wears an XS in most brands but found the top very narrow and difficulty zipping it up to the top. Good for someone who is more pear shaped. Cup size is like an A cup, maybe B if you want more exposure. It's the the overall wide at the fullest point that was unusually tight. The lace is like an Alencon lace, mesh with some raised corded outline and not like Chantill, mesh like, as I would have thought based on another's comment about it looking cheap. The strap are "cheap" feeling as it's thin and without structure, as if they used the lining instead of sturdy fabric. My daughter likes it so we will try the small and alter the hips smaller if needed and possibly change to straps. A great classic LBD to keep for a while once it fits correctly.

I wanted to love this dress because it is such a good LBD to have in your closet. Paired with a leather jacket it would be such a cute date night look. It has such a pretty lace detail. I sized up to a medium and even with that, I could not close the clasp at my chest area comfortably, and I am small chested. Ultimately had to return due to sizing.
