V-Neck Twofer Sweater

I made the purchase last 08/30 and I did not wear the sweater until yesterday 10/14 because it was still summer time and weather was hot, in addition that I purchased it because it was on sale. This is not the first time that I purchased something with Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack and honestly never had a problem or bad experience, something that I always admired about the store is the great customer service, no matter what or how the store always finds the way to help customers and keep the high standards. Unfortunately not this time, I understand that the purchase was done more than 30 days and the piece of cloth hadn’t the original tag, very simple, because I always had excellent experience with any purchase item, honestly didn’t think that the item will be damaged. I didn’t ask for money back or made a horrible scene like some people always or most of the time they do and somehow they always get what they wanted, I like to treat people with respect and kindness because I also work in customer service that’s all that I know how to do for the past 20 years. Today I went to the Nordstrom rack store located in Skokie, IL by Golf Rd and Skokie Blvd around 6:00 to 6:30pm and the cashier a young man was nice and helpful, I explained what was the problem and he called his manager, who was another young man with poor customer service, and I said poor customer service because he gave me three ridiculous excuses and not trying to find a solution or help with the situation. The first thing he said was the purchase was made more than 30 days, which I agreed and explained that it was done on a summer sale, then he said and doesn’t have the original tag and looks like you wore it out, and again I explained that, I will not wear a sweater on summer time, and because I wore the sweater that’s why I notice that it was or is damaged, then he said, well the item doesn’t have the original tags, and again I went to point one, I bought it during summer time. Finally, I asked how he can help me and he said I can’t do anything about it, then I look at the cashier and thanked him for his help and walked away. Like I wrote before never had any problems or issues with my purchases at those stores but this time I am highly disappointed, dissatisfied and frustrated, more likely not to buy anything from the store .
