bad product, bad service

I ordered this as a gift for my sister. It took two weeks to be shipped to the store for pick up. After finally receiving it, it broke after three wears. And now I am outside of the 40 day return window… Primarily because it took so long to get to me.

It's truly beautiful but broke

Love this necklace but it broke. 1/4'from clasp just came apart. Strange place for it to break. I'm sad because it truly beautiful & only wore once

my go to ring now honestly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] pave ring shapes distributed along the chain create an unusually interesting silhouette, sparkel tasteful rather than excessive.

Cheap Chain

Well I wore it all of 60 minutes and the flimsy, cheap chain snapped. The pendant is hooked on either side with a very tiny round connector and it has a split on either side so any tug or adjustment basically breaks it. It’s cute, but just flimsy and cheap.

Everyday sparkle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing this almost daily because it goes with everything. The little stones make it feel more refined than a basic pendant. It's also great for layering, but still really pretty on its own.
