Men's sizing = perfect for women's wide
I usually wear a women's 10W or 10.5W. The MEN'S 10 fits perfectly on me. I have wide feet and a wide toe box, so most regular sneakers (e.g. Converse) are too narrow and feel uncomfortable to walk on after awhile. I can wear these all day walking in NYC and they are incredibly comfortable. They also go with everything.
