so cute but Nordstrom rack quality control??
The review on the shoe itself is 5/5, the royal blue color is so pretty and love the small platform. They are also very comfortable.
HOWEVER, I see this in reviews and I’m always so confused by it because it’s never happened to me before but it’s finally happened…. They sent an old used shoe (left foot)??? Perhaps it was on display, because the suede is all stringy and the color looks bleached out as if it was sitting in sun for a while. Not sure what’s going on here.

Fashion and function!
Loved the shoe in-store, but they didn't have my size, so I ordered online. I disagree with others saying it runs big and to order a size down. I wear a size 8 1/2 in Adidas and that's what I ordered. I don't have a wide foot but there's definitely side wiggle room if you do. I was bummed they didn't come in a box since I keep my sneakers organized that way, but for the price I paid, I was willing to overlook that detail. They are comfortable and have a great instep support. The leather and suede are also great quality
