This training shoe was designed to power you through any workout whether you're lifting heavy or elevating your heart rate with cardio.

Perfect for: The supportive Dropset 3 Training shoe is perfect for anyone who enjoys working up a sweat at the gym.

Upper: A breathable HEAT.RDY design keeps feet cool no matter how hot your workout gets. The sneaker is designed with a wide fit to accommodate swelling feet in the heat. A stable design and dual-density midsole is ideal for weight lifting, but flexible enough to power you through a treadmill session.

Midsole drop: 6mm. Classified as a mid-drop measurement, it pushes your foot forward to support a more natural mid/forefoot strike.

Lower: An Adiwear 6 outsole provides excellent traction on all surfaces. Geofit Sensepods allow for instant comfort with a step-in and lock-down effect.

Excellent shoe!
Bought these as a gift and the she loved them and mentioned the perfect fit and quality. Great looking shoe and incredible design all around. The person that came up with this shoe was definitely in a creative zone because these shoes are excellent!

Cheap crappy shoes that are expensive
I’ve worn these shoes less than 10 months and they’re already falling apart. I got a decade plus out of my Reebok Olympic lifting shoes. I hate these cheap shoes. They are cheap in every aspect except for the price I paid.

Cheap crappy shoes that are expensive
I’ve worn these shoes less than 10 months and they’re already falling apart. I got a decade plus out of my Reebok Olympic lifting shoes. I hate these cheap shoes. They are cheap in every aspect except for the price I paid.

Terrible upgrade compared to generation 2.
I bought the Generation 2 two years ago and loved it — it worked perfectly for my CrossFit training. I expected the 3rd generation to be even better, but it’s actually worse. The new version feels smaller, much stiffer, and lacks the flexibility of the previous model. During jumps, I can feel excessive impact transferring from my feet to my knees, which led to a knee injury I’m still recovering from. It has been over month and I still have recovered from my knee injury. This feels like a downgrade disguised as an upgrade. Very disappointing from adidas.

Horrible fitting shoes
The shoes look good on the outside but are very uncomfortable and leave blisters on the back of the ankle / where the achilles tendon is. This is absolutely the worse shoe I’ve purchased. I first used them for an extended period of time while on vacation and got blisters. The shoe design is flawed.

Improved weight training performance
This is my first pair of weight training shoes and I immediately noticed an improvement with squats. The quality and fit are great as has been my experience with Adidas. They also have excellent air flow. Not a comfortable shoe for multi sport but worth it for maximizing performance in the weight room.
