The back of the shoe comes up too high and rubs.
Usually a 5 in women’s is a perfect fit. This one seems big, and the back by the heel rubs on my ankle. They are pretty comfortable other than that. Though had I tried them on in the store I probably would have not bought them. But I will make them work. They may have to be a winter shoe where I can where a taller sock and long pants.

These shoes are very comfortable and light weight
If you’re going walking for a along period of time these are the shoes I have sensitive heels and they don’t get agitated by these
