Incredible shoe for doing faster workouts!
I use this as a sprinter to train longer reps on the track, and I find it promotes all the qualities of sprinting in spikes, with an addition of being better on your body because of the super foam. I use it as a flat for workouts and it trains foot strength great!! Comfort is amazing too! I wouldn’t use it as a trainer though, because the stack height is low but id use it for workouts usually for spikes whenever I can to stay healthy.

Excellent nonplated speed trainer
The adios 9 are a staple for speed training, the perfect amount of cushioning and springiness. And they look gorgeous! I suggest to ho half size up, they run a bit short in length.
