Carpet dress with no fit to it
I really wanted to love this dress. When I saw the stylist video I thought it looked really short waisted with no stretch so I sized up. So I did order 2 sized larger that I usually buy. Even with that the fit was really bulky. Since the material really is like. Carpet it hangs very stiff with no flow. Literally imagine wrapping a carpet around you. If I reordered in my size I would expect that the skirt would stiffly stick out. It was a good idea and the neckline is kind of cute but the material really isn’t the type of brocade that should be used for this. Giving an extra star more than planned because of the cute neckline and with the thought that someone might want a very structured form.
