Love this shirt!
This is a great shirt! I don't usually wear flannel (living in the desert southwest), but this is a lightweight, super comfy shirt. I would usually purchase a large, but based on other reviews, I ordered a size up and am glad, as the XL fits great, and I fear the L would have been too tight across the bust. I got the black and white plaid, and it looks awesome with a pair of black jeans.

Not really oversized
If you are between sizes, I would size up. The fit is a bit boxy for the length but I would definitely not call this oversized; more like slightly shorter than expected. I wear L or XL depending on the brand, so I got this in XL. The arms are not exactly snug, but you can't roll the sleeves up more than two rolls before it gets tight. The fabric is really soft and I like the pattern. The cut is just slightly strange, but I still like it. Not very breathable, despite being cotton.

Light weight Fitted! Not oversized! True to size
I bought this in the store. I saw it on a mannequin. The blue/green and the orange are way cuter in person. It’s a fitted straight fit flannel which I love. It’s very light. Not oversized. I bought a medium and I’m wearing it open with a tank underneath. If I button it, it will be fitted to my body.
