sleeves are good
Im thin muscular with freakish long arms and the large was perfect when I got them. Slight shrinkage in sleeves. Could be just 1 inch longer but that is my perference. Body and arms are nicely tapered.

Comfortable Top for Lounging and Sleep
I bought the white and charcoal gray colors for my 15 year old son. My son loves it! He wears it for lounging and for sleep. I bought a similar Ralph Lauren top which is very nice quality but my son prefers this long sleeve thermal top from Nordstrom Rack because it’s tag less on the back and is more comfortable. This thermal top has kept him warm as the weather in Northern California has been especially cold.

Size small fits my average sized 13-year-old perfectly. Sleeves are a tad long but better than being too short.
