These shoes look good and well priced. But standing in them 8 hours a day is not ideal. There is not much in terms of support; It feels like half your feet is on a plank and your toes are half an inch lower. Your entire body weight is on that block of wood that overhangs and digs into the bottom of your feet. I added some heavy duty insoles and it only helped a little. You cannot fix bad design.
