Abby Suede Knee High Boot (Women)

I’m on the fence about these. I have several pairs of Splendid boots I really love. I’d been looking to replace a pair of tan leather riding boots and had these in my shopping cart for weeks and finally purchased when the price dropped to $90. The color “butterscotch” made me hesitate on ordering. It’s in the family of a tan/camel color but they definitely have a more yellow hue almost like mustard. Not full on yellow but definitely more yellow than any of my shoes I’d call tan or camel. I like the overall fit, toe shape, heel height, and calf circumference (not gaping so better for more narrow calves). I like the full zip for ease of on/off vs a pull on. The light color of the wood heel gives it a more casual look, I don’t love it but I don’t hate it. The heel height is very comfortable to give you a little lift to elongate your leg but comfortable enough to wear and walk for many hours. I’m uncertain if I’m gonna keep them because the color being more yellow than expected so I’m not sure how well it will work as a neutral with my clothes, but I may because the price was so low for a boot this style. Definitely recommend for those looking for a more narrow calf fit and a casual style with a lower chunky heel.

This is my first review on Nordstrom's rack, and I an absolutely in love with my new yellow suede Splendid Boots! The sit is right on the nose I am at nine and I have plenty of room in the toebox but nice and snug in the heel and ankle which is I think important in a tall boot! And I seriously got the deal of century on them!
