I really like the fit of these jeans. Some of the other reviews mention they’rea little long but I like that I can style them up or down and tuck them behind the tongue of my shoes or rock them with a cute heel. I’ve worn with baggy tops and the high waist also worked with fitted tops. My only complaint is the distress at the bottom hem of the jeans. The distressing IMHO shouldn’t be lower than the ankle so it doesn’t catch on heels, etc when you go from sitting to standing up. The material on these is thicker which I think is necessary with this style and distressed vibe. Definitely bringing back some memories from growing up with this style that I’m glad I can now polish up with these.

Way too long
I’m 5’4, 126 lbs. i got a size 2. These pants are made for women over 5’9 only. They weren’t kidding when they said “straight leg”. Not only are they not form fitting in the slightest but they are long enough to fit Lebron.

Love these jeans, but they are very long!
I absolutely love these jeans, they are true to size and the style is just as pictured. The only downside to the jeans is that they are very long. I read reviews stating that this was the case, but I have relatively long legs so I thought they would be fine for me. The jeans are so long that they cover all the way over my heel. I am keeping the jeans because I love the fit and style, I am just going to have to alter the length. For reference I am 5' 8" and ordered a size 6.

Love but too large
Absolutely fell in love with these the moment I saw them. Got usual size but they are absolutely huge in the waist. I move and they fall straight off me. Never had issues before with any of GA Jeans in my size so very disappointed that these don't fit. Sending back reluctantly.

ink tag is attached nice style but bad fit
I read how good American is supposed to fit for curvy women etc. I have tried to different styles 16 super plus big and 14 which is my size is tight like a 12 “wow really “ not a good fit for the price fabric is stiff in thigh area thumbs down!!
