Uncomfortable with awkward sizing
I bought these flats 3 years ago and they were my favorite. The current Shiraz is very different. The sizing is off between colors, they feel hard and stiff and like cardboard. Disappointed in the new version.

Near perfect
I am a 9w in most brands; I tried a similar flat recently (Sonoma) that did not work for me, so I knew these run a bit narrow. The 9WW was a really great fit for me; comfortable out of the box. The leather is soft and feels like high quality. The fit was really good for my foot: I have a wide forefoot and my heels are more average. My heels do not slip out and the cut out doesn't dig into my toe box in front. I have bunions and these are still comfortable, and although they hug my little toe, they don't rub or irritate. Compared to another brand of ballet flats I purchased at the same time, these look way more elegant and polished. There is pretty good arch support and the insole is removable. These are as close to perfect as I have gotten in my hunt for wide ballet flats recently. I'm very pleased and will order in another color.
