Very disappointed

I purchased Christian Dior sunglasses and was very disappointed that the proper Dior case was not available. I was given a Ferragamo case and was told I could come back and exchange it. When I returned, I was told they had no Dior cases and that I should try another Nordstrom Rack location. The other locations are very far from me. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing
