Poorly packaged
This necklace had potential however, it's so poorly packaged (folded in half) that it kinked the item. Plus, the fastener is literally impossible to open! I've never seen this type of fastener and after 10 minutes trying, I couldn't figure it out. Between these two issues - it's going back.
