14K Yellow Gold Cultured Pearl Necklace

I had actually called and spoke to a manager to put in the order. Asked for an 18" length from top to bottom = 36" full pearl necklace. Ended up with a mini necklace and the pears were tiny mini pearls. Very sad that Nordstrom and the Rack are no longer top Quality customer service oriented. I guess they don't take the time to hire and train as they used to. Shop very little at Nordstrom now - used to spend between $8-10,000 annually. I did however meet one outstanding sales associate at the So Coast Plaza Fine jewelry department years ago and her card was in the jewelry box. The Boney Levy eternity diamond ring was o er $2,000. And one tiny diamond had fallen out. I called her and she said they have a lifetime warranty on their jewelry and she would be happy to send it back. Since I live in Los Angeles, Century City is the closest store and they sent it in for me. She is following it during the busy holiday season - so It won't get lost or delayed. They say between 10-12 weeks of work days, but she feels it will be sooner. Old s hook sales associates are professionals and that is why they are in Fine Jewelry. Much appreciation to her and the sales rep at Century City who found it in the system and sent it for repair. Dying breed of great Nordstrom sales associates.
