Apparently, the package was delivered outside my door during the Christmas season, which put it at risk of being stolen by others. I had previously purchased another ring, for which a signature was required, and it was handed directly into my hands. More than 40 days have passed, and I am still calling to request a refund; yet, to this day, there has been no resolution. Do not buy jewelry unless you are certain that it will be delivered directly into your hands. And now, I am left with neither the ring nor my money. And you cannot contact nobody in the phone only costumer service, and they can only write a report. Tired to call over and over without getting my money back.
