dont waste your time and money
i know it is Nordstrom rack not Nordstrom, but I would still expect customer service. 1. this is a flimsy thin chain. 2.you are better buying elsewhere where you have an extended return policy through holiday. most companies started early this year as early as September. Nordstrom whopping 40 days is nothing. and they just don't care.
