Gourmet Fish Roaster

I bought it for crispy fish but use often for all kinds of dishes. Greek chicken kabobs, swordfish, salmon, halibut, yakitori, etc. It does not provide quite the the grill marks you get with on the outdoor grill or if you fill the house with smoke - but it always cooks moist and delicious which is much more important than aesthetics and there is negligible smoke indoors. I am getting a second one for the cottage because I don't have a good hood for the range hood over the stove and with this I don't need one. Cleans up easily too, food doesn't stick to the finish. I wish it was a little bigger though, it grills enough for my wife and I and maybe one more diner but four or more servings would be a stretch.
