Mix Stitch A-Line Sweater Dress

This dress is great material and of good quality. I really appreciate the length as I am tall and was looking for something below the knee. The dress kind of gives you a boxy look and really does not accentuate any curves on the body. I already wore it and I’m going to keep it, but if you’re looking for something slimming, this might not be it. I agree with the other reviewer that you need to be tall, toned and thin.

It looked lovely, and I like cotton dresses. But it was not what I’d hoped - against hope it turned out. This’d be great on a slender, young person, which I, alas, am no longer, (5’5” 146 lbs, in good shape but past 60, ordered my usual M size) and I would never have been tall enough to make this work. The knit is heftier than expected, but the holes of the pattern are much larger and all over, so much more of you is revealed than shows up in the photo!

Love the fit of this dress. I bought the blush color and it is a little heavy but I plan to wear it this summer in San Diego so the weight should be fine. Utility garments underneath don't show. Looks great with strappy, wedge or platform sandals as well as a simple sneaker. Looking forward to wearing it.
