What it does: It delivers high-impact color with ultra-comfortable, creamy, soft wear thanks to its nondrying formula. Featuring the brand's iconic Tatouage Couture applicator with a wider and fuller surface, it offers full coverage and high precision application in a single stroke.
How to use: Use the uppermost tip of the applicator to line your lips as you would with a pencil. Turn the applicator on its side to brush the matte formula onto your lips.

Not worth the price at all!
Not impressed at all! Especially since this thing cost the equivalence of me filling up my tank!!! The color is gorgeous but it bleeds and feathers! Looks horrible by the end of day. I had high hopes for it. Sadly, I am disappointed!
