Shipping/packaging concern
I’m really disappointed and taken aback by the lack of care taken in the packaging for shipment. This is a formal satin gown that is fairly delicate and it was folded up and shoved into the USPS shipping bag. No care taken at all. Plus, USPS shoved it into my mailbox. Dillards takes the time and care to put dresses on a hanger, in a plastic garment bagand placed in a box for shipping…for dresses that are half the price even! Do better Nordstrom! This dress could have been damaged, and of course I’ll have to dry clean it before I can wear it because it’s wrinkled. I’m appalled,
