Not wide enough
Ordered a 9.5 not wide enough. A bit too narrow. Will return. I am a fan of all birds for the comfort. I wish I get offered a replacement.

Mostly great!
These are, overall, very good shoes. The cushioning is supple yet responsive. They’re easy to clean, and they look great. I just have a problem with the heel cup. No matter how I lace them up, my heels slip in and out of the shoe. It’s not the worst, but it is annoying.
