Women's Fire Island Lion Silicone Strap Watch, 39mm

I received the wrong size. I ordered the 44mm men and instead received the 39 mm women. I was told by customer service that I can return the item but would not get a replacement in time for Christmas. customer service could not advance a replacement item and they could not offered expedited shipping. they offered no solution for a problem they created. they simply blamed their supplier.

This was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a men’s watch advertised as 44mm, specifically to give as a gift to a male friend. Since I was traveling outside the United States, I depended completely on the accuracy of the product description. What I received was completely different from what was advertised. Instead of a 44mm men’s watch, I received a 38mm watch, which is clearly women’s size. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until after I had already given it as a gift, which put me in an extremely awkward and embarrassing situation. This is not a small mistake or a preference issue — it is a wrong product with incorrect sizing and misleading information. For a well-known retailer like Nordstrom Rack, this level of inaccuracy is unacceptable. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the brand, and I will be very cautious about ordering from this site again, especially when purchasing gifts.
