Slit Maxi Dress

The first time I ordered this dress, I was sent a black dress with a white floral pattern, not the multi-colored dress pictured. This dress was for an event, so I contacted customer service to place a new order and asked them to confirm with me that I would be sent the right color. I was sent the same black and white dress a second time. Contacted customer service again and was told that the picture on the website was not accurate, but if they could locate the right color, I could buy it a third time! I was instructed to return both dresses via fedex pickup. I was not told there would be a $9.95 return fee for EACH dress, even though they were in the same box. When I asked customer service about this charge, I was told it would be refunded. I was NOT refunded for the fee. I lost a total of $45 in shipping and return fees, and I had to buy another dress (elsewhere!). Lost money just *trying to buy* this dress and still do not own it. I don't advise making this purchase and won't be shopping here again.
