Defective material on boots
I purchased a pair of Steve Madden tie and zip up leather boots. A few months of use going to the office and back, caused the rear fabric to detach from the shoe sole. Tried to return it to Nordstrom Rack but they would not accept it.

Dress up or down, great looking boot

Everything I have ever wanted. A dress boot with a safety toe and a proper sole that won't wear out in a few months of daily use. The boot fits well it is hard for me to find shoes to fit conformability with a safety toe., and the dual zipper is a new thing for me but very useful.
