Fuzzy Stripe Crewneck Sweater

Price tag on this sweater was more than the others. I asked the associate on the sales floor she couldn’t answer as to why. When I went to the register I again asked why, the gentleman who I later found out was one of the managers said probably the size. I said the smaller sizes are the same price as well as the sweaters larger tha thus as well. He then said then it’s probably the color. I paid went home and later that night I looked at the receipt from my app and the picture of the sweater on my receipt is not the same sweater I bought. Next day I went back for the adjustment I showed her the picture on my receipt as opposed to the sweater I actually purchased. She called a manager to get the refund approved and who walks up but Mr. It’s more because of the size or color. I said this is the guy who initially helped me and he blew that off. Now him being one of the managers, when he was looking to see why this sweater was more expensive than all the others didn’t see in the picture it was not the same sweater? Instead he just pitched me a story and didn’t really want to help a customer out resulting in me having to waste my time going all the back the next day for the adjustment. What does that say?
