A staple
I've bought these in two sizes so far as my baby grows, and will keep buying them for as long as I can—they are so cute, cozy and versatile. Highly recommend.

Disappointed in the quality of the fabric
Bought the waffle sleeper last week for my 10 month old. After 1 wash (cold water & hung to dry) the fabric had pilling and this fabric is partially thin as the knee already has a hole from my son crawling. I have only ever put my children in Loulou sleepers as they are always great and always stand up to growing babies/toddlers. Just disappointed in this particular fabric.

Truly grateful for your feedback for our Design & Quality Control teams. Our signature Tencel is a long staple fiber hence it lends itself to extreme softness (think Egyptian cotton). It gets softer and fluffier after each wash due to the properties of the natural fiber. This blends in on lighter-colored garments, but on darker colorways, the fiber will be more visible. Rest assured, this is not a defect, and in fact, it's a natural property of the TENCEL fiber. The best way to keep darker colors looking new is to wash them inside out. Our Customer Care team will be in touch for more insight. Thank you!

Disappointed
I’m happy to support a Canadian company but unfortunately was disappointed in how this washed up, especially for the full price I paid. It fits larger than most, stretched out around the neck.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we truly appreciate your support of a Canadian company 🇨🇦💛 We’re really sorry to hear that this piecewas not as expected after washing and that the fit wasn’t quite right. That’s definitely not the experience we want for you. Our Customer Care Team will be in touch for more insight.

Disappointing quality for louloulollipop
Comfy but didn’t last. Colour washed away quickly, an had a hole in the waffle fabric after a month.
Loulou Lollipop response
Thanks for the feedback! We’re glad to hear it was comfy, and we appreciate you sharing your experience with the color fading and hole in the fabric anomaly. As we use natural water-based dyes (no synthetic chemical dyes) there may be a bit of colour run-off after the initial launderings. Our Customer Care Team will be in touch shortly for more insight.

Very soft and stretchy
Love the softness of the material but the green looks worn after one wash. I also got this sleeper in blue and it has washed really well so perhaps just the dark green is an issue.

We are very grateful for your feedback. We use high-quality, German-made water-based dyes (never synthetic chemical dyes) for all our fabrics, and they are tested for colourfastness to ensure durability through 50 wash/dry cycles.
With the darker colourways of TENCEL™ Lyocell, which is made from natural wood pulp fibres, you may notice a slight change in appearance after washing. This is a natural process called fibrillation — it’s what gives the fabric its signature softness and silky "peach skin" feel.
To help maintain the vibrancy of darker colours, we recommend washing the garment inside out on a gentle cycle and using a detergent formulated for dark fabrics, such as Woolite Dark Defence, since traditional detergents often contain whiteners or bleach.
Please rest assured that the possible slight colour run-off of the natural dye and fibrillation does not affect the product's safety, comfort or usability.

Super soft but colour is not accurate!
Purchased this sleeper in coconut milk for when my baby outgrows the current sleeper that was gifted to us at my baby shower! We loved the quality of it that we wanted to get the same item in a bigger size. We went with coconut milk (again) since it’s gender neutral, for the next baby to also be able to wear it. However upon receiving I was thrown off by the pinky-hue the sleeper has. The tag clearly says coconut milk, so I thought maybe I saw it wrong online but as I check back the coconut milk colour clearly looks white/cream and not pink whatsoever in the pictures. So I’m not entirely sure why the one I received has a visibly pink undertone to it (almost looks like a light blush pink more than white/cream). The quality still seems very good and super soft!

Soft but colour fades
Absolutely loved how soft this waffle sleeper was and love the flip over feet but after one wash (as per instructions) the colour has faded and it looks worn out.

This is not a defect, and in fact, it's a natural property of the TENCEL fiber. In addition, we use AZO-free water-based dyes that get lighter after washes. On lighter-colored prints, it's not noticeable, but it shows up more on darker-colored prints. The best way to keep darker colors looking new is to wash them inside out.
