Viva La Juicy Eau de Parfum

This is a great scent. I first smelled the scent when my twin sisters recieved it for christmas. It has areal clean, sweet fragrance. Although I love the scent, I will never purchase ANYTHING from The Rack again. I ordered this online. I know all sales are final but bottles were obviously drop kicked and smashed. The package was wet and wreaked of the perfume. It was partially open.It was wrapped in a thinner than a paper bag brown package. I called Nordstrom they were apologetic and would refund my money. I then reordered only to find out they won't give refund on this mutilated merchandise. When I get the new bottles will return to local Rack here in Sugar Land. Bad customer service from you Nordstrom Rack. Customers need to know you hire morons and derelicts and let them get by with this. I will take it to the store and dump it on your counter when I return the new purchase. The public needs to know your corrupt and hopefully will think twice before patronizing your crappy business. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THE RACK A CHANCE TO SCREW ME OVER. 50% of my wardrobe is from there but that all ends today.
