painful feet
I wear insoles with additional arch support for my regular and running shoes, but the arch support in these shows was so tall it was uncomfortable, putting pressure on my feet all day, and I had to replace them with another brand of insole. Do these come with any options for the height of the insole's arch?

Nice shoe
I was looking for something that was both stylish and comfortable to wear while sight seeing in another country. I thought the promise of arch support would help. Unfortunately, they are lovely shoes but my feet hurt after walking in them for a while. They are good but not excellent in terms of comfort. Wish they had the similar comfort of a running sneaker or a Hoka.
