Disappointed with purchase
Unfortunately, the size I purchased online on your site (L, my usual) was too big and I was not allowed to exchange for a different size. So, although I love the jacket itself, it doesn't fit me properly and as a result I wasted my money. I feel all online purchases made on your site should be exchangeable for this reason.

Problem sleeve lining
The sleeve lining material becomes something close to Velcro over a sweater or some types of shirt material, making it extremely difficult to put on and take off. Not fun!
