Looks great with everything but it PILLS!
I love the look of this sweater and it will continue to be one of my favorites - it looks good with everything! BUT it pills very badly. I have not even washed it yet and it looks like it is years old. For a $300 sweater I would expect better.

Cute but not a slam dunk
Bought this on sale and am 50/50 on it. The slight crop is adorable with high waisted trousers or dark flared jeans. The grey is a nice light, bright grey and the tortoise buttons are a thoughtful detail. The quality is nice (Vince sweaters are a mixed bag, this one seems like it will hold up). I wish the V wasn’t as deep, as it’s not appropriate for work without a cami underneath but a cami takes away from the streamlined look of the sweater. I’ve tried taping the V a bit tighter to my skin with fashion tape but the cashmere doesn’t stick. I also wish it didn’t have drop shoulders. I’m SO over them and think they add a sloppiness to an otherwise polished piece. They are also part of the reason the V is so deep, as they pull the neckline down and out. I’m debating whether to keep it, as the cons make it less versatile and I’d probably only wear it casually with high waisted jeans. I would not have paid full price for this sweater. It fits me TTS.

Super beautiful sweater
Not sure I was gonna like this but it’s gorgeous…..high quality and beautifully made. Hits right at hips doesn’t overwhelm my shape. Ordered a xs and it fits perfect, room for tank underneath or without. The sleeves fit a lil tighter which is what I wanted relaxed in body but not boxy. Love this !

Gorgeous!
I was on the hunt for new work clothes now that I’m returning to an office. I tried on so many pieces and this was my favorite. It’s so soft, the length is slightly cropped which is flattering, and the plum wine color is so pretty in person. It ran TTS on me. Although the price is steep, I know that this will be part of my capsule wardrobe for many years to come.

Good staple
A good mid-weight cardigan that fits well. I sized up to an XS so that I could layer something underneath like a button-up shirt or tee. I think if a person wanted to wear this as a top or over a thin, fitted tank, then the person should order their regular size. Sleeves were a good length, and the cropped length hit my hip bone (ref: 103 lbs, 5'2"). Overall a good fit, but taking off a star because of the price.
