They sent me wron products twice!!
The scarf itself is fine, but I’ve received worn products twice. The first order clearly showed signs of wear, with a bunch of loose threads and scratches, so I returned it and placed another order. The second one arrived in a package that had already been taped, and there were silver human hairs tangled in the threads all over the scarf.
I’m very disappointed with Nordstrom
