Nordstrom Customer Policies Strike Again.
Brought home washed according to label. I was going out and put this shirt on. As I was getting ready to walk out the door my wife asked if I was going out with a wrinkled shirt. After I looked at it there is a defect in the material. And good old Nordstrom “sorry we can’t take the return without the tags”. I explained I didn’t plan on returning the shirt so the tags were thrown away. So now I own a shirt that will never be worn. I don’t know why upper management at Nordstroms doesn’t care about their customers. I would guess because they never see their customers they are hiding in their offices making these great policies.

Decent quality shirt
This shirt is simple but something about the quality says it's dressier than casual wear but not too dressy. I wear it with a pair of jeans and the look is simple and classy.
