Sol Knee High Boot (Women)

Boots arrive FOLDED IN HALF, stuffed into shoe bags. They are scuffed, stained and clearly used. Can get no one in customer service to respond. I would expect to pay $50 for used boots on Poshmark, but Nordstrom Rack sending me this hot mess, pretending they're new AND charging over $300 for them????? I can't send those back fast enough. What a colossal waste of my time. They fit like a dream and I needed them for an event this week, but now it's too late. Thanks for ruining my outfit, Nordstrom. Last time I trust you.

I have a very long, narrow foot so it’s difficult for me to find shoes to fit. Having said that these are not as bad as some the calf is definitely not as wide as most of the boots I’ve tried on. I still haven’t decided whether I’m going to keep them or not. I’m still bothered by the fact that these expensive boots did not have a shoebox. These boots are certainly sleeker then most knee-high boots that I’ve tried on and it’s very easy to walk in them. I’m really a narrow foot so they’re a little big but a shoe pad will tighten them up. They are very pretty and I hope I don’t let something as petty as not having a box. Make me return them.

It looks like good quality real leather. The heel is comfortable and the square toe looks stylish. However the leg style is very wide like 80’s or early 90’s boots. I’m returning because they are not a good fit for mide skirts and dresses. I’m looking for something that hugs my ankle and leg so it doesn’t look like I don’t have an ankle or I’m a pirate.
