Rewrite:I had read a review on a different item where on Nordstro Rack where the customer received a used item. It seems that's the store's current way of doing business. The shoe was creased and appears heavily used. And I will be charged for return shipping for your fault. Unbelievable. I saw a review about another item from Nordstrom Rack where a customer received a used product, and unfortunately it seems that may be a recurring issue. The shoes I received are clearly creased and appear heavily worn. It’s disappointing that I would also be responsible for return shipping in this situation, which is not my fault. Unacceptable.

Made in Cambodia
Made in Cambodia. Seems a tiny bit large even with socks. Ganache is a deep, rich brown. Operable monk strap. I’m not sure I would pay full price, but may keep them for the rack price.
