great layering piece!
Apparently, I love vests, esp in winter. This material is light enough to wear in CA and warm enough to layer effortlessly in cold east coast weather. It is also soft!
Wasn’t sure what size to order bc I am just shy of being petite, but I am high waisted if that helps!
