Oversized Satin Pashmina Wrap

I purchased this wrap and washed it once, strictly following the care instructions. I even placed it in a lingerie bag to protect the fabric. When I removed it from the wash and hung it to dry, I noticed it had already begun to unravel. This is clearly a quality issue, not normal wear. An item sold as new should not fall apart after a single, proper wash. I returned to the Nordstrom Rack location where it was purchased with tags and receipt, but was met with resistance from the store manager despite the defect. That experience was disappointing and not what I expect from a Nordstrom-branded retailer. The style itself is lovely, but the construction does not hold up. I would caution others about durability and quality.
