Petite-friendly boots!
Love these boots! I'm normally a size 5 but decided to go with a 5.5 based on the size chart, which I found to be accurate. Even so, the boots are still a bit snug with socks on, and my toes feel slightly squeezed.
I'm 5 feet tall and petite, and the regular calf size fits well—not too wide or too narrow. The opening of the boot isn’t flush against the skin, which is what I expected and preferred, but it also doesn’t look oversized or overwhelming on a smaller frame. The top of the boot hits just above the base of my knee.
The sole has minimal traction, so I’d be cautious wearing them in wet or slippery conditions. I went ahead and bought two pairs—I can’t wait to break them in!

slouchy boot
I found this in store, and I’m glad I was able to try it on. Wide calf is great for thick calves. I’m only 5 ft tall so the boot hits the back of my knees, which doesn’t bother me. The boot, especially the ankles, are meant to fit a bit slouchy! These are not meant to be fitted around the ankles! I love the slouchy look, but if you want a more sleek boot that hugs your legs these are not it. They’re a bit narrow because of the pointed toe. I’m between a 6 and 6.5 in women’s and I could still make a size 6 work but I can’t wear thick socks.

Great boots too small
Everything about these boots is fabulous the leather the feel,everything except they run very small. I am a seven I have never had to buy anything smaller or bigger and these were incredibly tight. Do yourself a favor and do at least to have size bigger
